John and his team are exceptional . They have removed all the worry for me and I've been able to hand over managing my house to them 150% . They have managed all aspects from ensuring it was completely empty and everything working at the start , repairing leaks in the roof, liaising with the insurance company and completing forms when a tree fell over. They are very responsive . I have had several letting agents in the past and they supersede all of them.
